"I didn't know I could get the Ultimate Colon Cleanse in Canada now, Glad I found you guys and thanks for the fast shipping." Todd B-Toronto, Ont. Canada
We know intuitively that a body
flush will benefit our bodies and make us healthier overall. After all, with
toxins gone, the human body functions at optimal levels. However, many of us
are not certainly precisely what “toxins” need removing so I created a list of the most common toxins to get rid of,
1. Free Radicals
These are atoms or groups of
them with an odd quantity of electrons. When oxygen interacts with particular
molecules, free radicals can form. Free radicals become problematic and create
the need for a body flush when they create a chain reaction and begin damaging
vital cellular mechanisms, such as cell membranes and DNA.The bad news is that when this happens,
cells could function improperly or may even die. On the upside, you can fight
back by loading up on antioxidants. These antioxidants help reduce the amount
of damage that free radicals cause.
2. Heavy Metals
No, this process doesn’t
involve listening to Metallica or Iron Maiden. Instead, “heavy metals” refers
to certain metals contained on the periodic table of chemicals. These include
aluminum, arsenic, lead, mercury, and nickel. But wait - we don't eat coins or
cans for meals, so how do these metals enter our bodies?
One of the biggest culprits
is fertilizer. Sometimes, manufacturers transform hazardous wastes into
fertilizer, which then enters farms and eventually our bodies. Ironically,
hazardous wastes are defined as such only when they’re initially stored. After
it becomes a raw material for fertilizer, it technically ceases to be a
hazardous waste. What can you do to get rid of heavy metals? Do a simple body flush!
3. Metabolic Wastes
These are substances that
are left over from the processes of the respiratory system. The body must
excrete them because they are surplus substances. Some examples include carbon
dioxide, sulfates, phosphates, and nitrogen compounds. If these wastes remain
in the body then eventually they can become toxic.
4. Man-made Chemicals
Not all chemical toxins
exist naturally. Sources of such chemicals include cosmetics, pesticides,
preservatives, smog, pharmaceuticals, and household cleaning supplies. In fact,
even foods that seem to be all-natural, such as eggs and bread, can contain
traces of artificial chemicals. Even when levels of such toxins are low in your
bloodstream, experts are still concerned about the long-term effects of such
contaminants. To help prevent the need for a body flush, choose organic
products over inorganic ones.
5. Microbes
While these toxins are too
small for our human eyes to see, they can nonetheless be quite dangerous—and
even deadly. Microbial toxins include molds, viruses, yeasts, parasites, and
bacteria. Not only can these objects themselves be toxic, but their byproducts
can also become toxic. However, you can fight back! For instance, when a cold
or flu virus attacks your body, you can consume foods that are high in
antioxidants, in order to boost your body’s immune system.
These are some of the toxins that we can remove from
our bodies through a body flush. Flush them out now!
